1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, downloading Visage External ("Visage", "the Software"), or using the Software, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Software.

2. About Visage

Visage is an independent, free software project that provides external tooling for the game Roblox. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Visage is not a product of, or affiliated with, Roblox Corporation.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any event at least 13 years old, to use Visage. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Visage with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Visage complies with the laws of your country and with the terms of any service you use it with.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and run Visage on devices you own or control. This licence is for personal use only.

You may not:

• sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Visage;
• redistribute Visage, or repackage it as part of another product, without written permission;
• remove or alter any notices of ownership contained in Visage;
• misrepresent Visage as your own work or as an official Roblox product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Visage to break any applicable law, to harass or harm other people, or in any way that infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and for any content you submit through its feedback features.

6. Assumption of Risk and Account Penalties

You use Visage entirely at your own risk. Visage is designed to operate externally, but no software can guarantee that it will never be detected, and no tool is completely risk-free.

Using third-party software with Roblox may violate Roblox's Terms of Use. As a result, your Roblox account may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned, and you may lose access to purchases, items, or progress. You accept this risk voluntarily. We are not responsible for any account penalty, ban, loss, or damage arising from your use of Visage.

7. No Warranty

Visage is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Visage will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular game version, hardware, or operating system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, accounts, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Visage or this website. Because Visage is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Visage (which is zero) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and maintainers of Visage from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Visage, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Visage and this website may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, file hosting, fonts, or community platforms such as Discord). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

11. No Affiliation with Roblox

Visage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. "Roblox" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Visage or this website at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be changed. Continued use of Visage after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may revoke your licence and restrict your access to Visage or this website at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6 to 11) will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
